Returns and Delivery Policy for Get Gold International 

 We have partnered with various gold physical stores as the inquiry has increased a lot and we need our clients to have what they want so we want their shopping experience at Get Gold International as convenient and hassle-free as possible. If our client needs a delivery then they should read our delivery policy below:

 Delivery Policy 

We use reputable shipping companies to deliver our products to you just like DPD but you have to book your product by connecting with your assigned Get Gold International expert or our support team whom you can call: +44  2032395282 or email at support@getgoldinternational.com. The delivery time and cost depend on your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout.

 When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package. 

 If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue. 

 Returns Policy 

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Get Gold International partnered physically stored. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy and you may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it. The Gold must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

We may deduct the handling and taxes portion from the total purchase amount and return the amount.

 As we don’t have an online store so we initiate a return on our physical store from you have purchased or ordered the Gold if you have any queries please contact us at [email protected] or visit the nearby Get Gold International office with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. 

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days. 

Exceptions 

The following items are not eligible for returns: 

Items that have been altered in any way or if we see it defective or damaged. If the gold doesn’t pass our weight and relevancy test.
